Social Responsibility Policy, under which two initiatives have been developed:  
 

• Navarra Solidaria is an initiative aimed at supporting the local community, Navarra employees and their families.  

Internally, it aims to support employees, generate professional and personal benefits and opportunities, as well as supporting situations of greater physical, emotional and/or financial vulnerability. It seeks to create fair opportunities and support, balancing the principles of diversity, equality and fairness. 

Externally, it seeks to support institutions that promote social justice and the dignity of life for the most vulnerable, thus aligning itself with the Sustainable Development Goals. 

• Navarra Cultura is an initiative that aims to valorise cultural initiatives by supporting institutions, collectives and individual artists, with the aim of promoting "equal opportunities" in the community's access to art.

We recognise that art, in all its different forms, is an important source for people's quality of life and for society's social and cultural development".  

• We are committed to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations (UN).
